We have been using Joe’s Garage for 40 years and have always had good service. I am disappointed to report it has been slipping. Gary stayed in the office while the car was being checked over and oil changed. Rather than coming out and discussing the findings you simply messaged a report and accepted payment. The report clearly had a required maintenance of battery failure. The result was, he took the car home and took it to Les Schwab to get the battery replaced the next morning before our camping trip. It would have been a lot simpler if you all had voiced the issue while he was there and replaced the battery then
Gary, sorry to hear that your experience with us did not quite live up to expectations. We're normally right on the money when it comes to communication, so we apologize that we missed the mark for you this time.
