I have been a customer on and off for 20 years and always recommend them when people are looking for an honest shop that doesn't talk down to women and stands by their work. I have had work re-done at no cost when the problem wasn't fixed the first time. I really appreciate their inspection and estimate software, it made it really easy to approve the work needed on my vehicle at its recent 90k service and let me know what was going to be coming up. I have never felt pressure to fix something that could last a while longer, and have always appreciated the advanced notice. Evan is always thorough and helpful and I have found the staff to be very professional and courteous.

Friendly and professional, Joe’s garage did some insurance repairs on my car. They found the problem quick and had the repairs done even faster. They also went outside of where the problem area was and let me know that there were some worn parts that needed attention. I declined to have it done and they had no issue with me declining. But they did give me the cost of the extra repairs that were needed and said if I changed my mind they would honor the repair cost. No push to try to get me to do it. I really appreciate the speed, cleanliness, and care that they did. I will definitely return for repairs for any of my other vehicles.

*The Worst* customer service at a mechanic I’ve ever been to in over 30 years! Was referred to them for an alignment. I scheduled an appointment for 230 pm and I encountered some delays on the McKenzie highway (which I called about 45 minutes prior to my appointment and mentioned I was running 10-15 minutes behind ). When I arrived I found that they had already booked another car in the alignment bay. They said they couldn’t fit me in that day, and, in addition, also needed to inspect my car, to make certain that it didn’t have loose parts (Implying that its age predisposed it to loose parts). I let them know again that the mechanic who referred me had seen the car five times in the last six months, and had no issue with loose parts. I also asked them why they couldn’t extend the same courtesy I had to them (calling me to let me know I couldn’t be seen that day) and they said it wasn’t their policy to do so. Will never go back.
