Very friendly and respectful. They’re honest and do good work. They worked really hard to meet my needs. I couldn’t expect or wish for better service. They replaced my rear suspension on a rusted pickup. The price was fair and the work was done quickly and effectively. I will be a regular customer going FORWARD :)

I had my car towed in as it would not start and I thought it was the starter. I was told here that my timing belt was broken, and since I had just had it replaced at a different auto shop within the last month, I should contact that shop. I did, and after having my car towed there as well, that shop pretty quickly informed me that it was, in fact, just my starter. They said as well they could not even see any evidence that the timing belt was even inspected here, given that it is within a case and this mechanic was the one who installed it and the last person to mess with it. Everyone at joe‘s was incredibly nice and understanding to let me leave my car in their lot for a few days while I got things figured out, but they had their diagnostic completely and entirely wrong, and made what should’ve been a simple fix into a week long ordeal for me.
