I recently called Joe's about a very odd, rattling sound under our newly purchased Ford Mustang. They were kind enough to let me come right over so they could check it out. While I sat in their office (I love their new coffee machine and refrigerator full of free bottled water!) they checked it out and fixed the problem right then and there. They found that a bracket that holds the exhaust system had come loose and was causing the rattling. Once again, Joe's saved the day! I am very thankful to Joe's - they have excellent mechanics and their customer service is great!
