I give this garage a 5 because they were honest and accommodating. I couldn't make it on time for my appointment, but even though they said they schedule their lifts pretty tight they were able to move things around to take me in shortly after I arrived. They also asked WHY I brought it in for an alignment which I told them was recommended by my tire shop. They mentioned that if they find it's not out of alignment, which was the case, they would only charge me for the set-up, which they did. Many thanks!

Squeezed in my visiting daughter's car and cost was very reasonable.

Once again Joe's garage comes to my rescue. Our work van had a dead battery which I couldn't jump. I made the call and before long two great guys showed up, used their booster power cables, got the van running, took it back to the shop and had the van returned with a new battery in record time. (Turns out our old battery was the original to the van 15 years old. We were able to keep our morning delivery on schedule thanks to their efficiency and responsiveness. These folks are the best!

Excellent service, as always, with personal attention in actually showing customer what will need repair in future, what to keep an eye on, and estimate of what those future costs may be. I always come out of Joe's better educated and with a greater sense of confidence about my vehicle. I may show up with a concerned look on my face, but I always walk out with a smile!
