Thanks for acting so quickly when I came back this afternoon. I think you solved my problem.

I had to find a garage to take my car to because I noticed that it's leaking oil. I'm opposed to dealerships (mostly because I've been a service advisor) and I much prefer to keep with smaller/local businesses. My coworker told me that she's been bringing her vehicles to you for literally decades so I figured that was good enough for me. From what I can tell you could have easily charged me $100 (which I was expecting) for the diagnostic work you did yesterday, but I walked out of your shop key in hand, not a penny poorer. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that, especially considering that the first of several repairs that I am going to have you perform is going to run me around $500. (ouch) As long as I live in Eugene I intend to bring my vehicles to you. Thank you so much, Elizabeth Elliott

My little red pickup is like a grand old lady, she sips a little too much, smokes a little on the side and is a bit wrinkly but she still gets down the road. A little TLC at Joe's once in awhile is good for her chassis. You all take great care of her! She's still running...well jogging. Thanks for your great service, quick turn around and good prices.
