Terrific service, terrific work. My car brakes better now. The door works again. What's not to like? I feel comfortable with the fellows and I like that the workshop looks like an auto mechanics' garage, not like a corporate office.

Asked to have the driver's side rear tire checked as there was a screw sticking out of the tread. Noticed when I picked it up that there was still a screw in the tire. It appeared that this info was written down and not just a missed item that they overlooked. Quite frankly, a little disappointed over this and was willing to just let it go until I got prompted to provide feedback.

I was referred to Joe's Garage by Chris Cohen a Farmers Ins. Agent in the area. He said his family had been using them for years and they have always been very happy with Joe's. I dealt with Kathy down there, she was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and did a really good job of staying in contact with me letting me know when my car would be ready to pick up.

My truck had problems with the 4 wheel drive transfer case. I had the truck towed in on Friday morning and picked it up on Monday morning. It ran like a champ. I was impressed with the quick service, especially since I didn't have a previously scheduled appointment. They just got right to it and fixed it.

Recommend joes to anyone who asks about car repair. Thx to Larry for saving me a lot of money by replacing the speaker and not the whole instrument panel.
