Service is excellent. I like that you clearly explain what is wrong, whether it is necessary or not, and how much it will cost. Then let me decide what I want to have done. You do high quality work. My car always runs much better when I get it back.

When my car lights were having trouble, I posted on facebook for recommendations on a good mechanic in Eugene. Joe's Garage was the most popular among my facebook friends, and I was not disappointed. While my lights magically fixed themselves (they found nothing wrong and they worked just fine), the employees were extremely courteous and let me walk away without paying a penny. I was quite happy, considering the dealership charged a $100 diagnostic for just showing up!

You guys always seem to know what to look for and only fix what needs to be done without ever giving the customer the run-around. Most honest mechanics in town.
