For years I have been taking my car to a mechanic in Cottage Grove. I was told I needed to get my brakes done in January at the latest and by then the oil drip pan would need to be addressed. Given it was mid-February and I had not been able to find to schedule, I decided I better find a mechanic in town. I asked around and was referred to Joe's Garage by a trustworthy friend. Am I ever so thankful that I was led to Joe's. Instead of just doing the work, they completed my oil change and checked the brakes and oil drip pan. They found that the brakes were 40% and 35% and the drip pan was a #1. As little as I drive, it's probably another year or more before I need to get my brakes done, same with the oil pan. JOE'S GARAGE DID A THOROUGH ASSESSMENT ON MY CAR BEFORE DOING ANY WORK, PROVIDED ME WITH THE RESULTS, AND ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD REASSESS AT OIL CHANGES. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY. Owner and employees are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. It was wonderful to save money and not waste usable parts. Thanks Joe's!!!!
