They could have easily tried to pull something and say the car needed expensive repairs but did not do so. They explained what needed to be done now and what could wait

My car broke down as I was driving to work at 6:45 in the morning. I am new to the area and found Joe's online. They recommended a towing service and got me into the shop in about 30 min from the call. It was my alternator that had gone bad. They replaced it, and gave me a loner battery to use so I could get to work while they gave my battery a full charge. Everyone in the shop was friendly and personable. In about 2 hours everything was fixed and I was on my way. The alternator was a little more than what I know them to cost, but everything was done quickly and in a timely, professional manner and I only missed a little time from work. If I ever need anymore work done, they will be the first ones I call.

This is my second vehicle I have trusted to Joe's. They also have great coffee!
