Great service, great office people, trust them completely!

I frankly feared the replacement of all 4 tires and the 90K mile check on my Acura. I had not treated the car well in the past year and knew there could be major work needed. As expected, there were some significant costs involved but I was quickly informed as work progressed (several phone calls) and given options at each step. Customer service was absolutely excellent and the turnaround of one day was better than expected (though, of course, we all want our car back sooner than later - Joe's Garage gets this unlike several dealers I've had the misfortune to work with). BTW the car runs like a dream and is much smoother on the road than before.

Wonderful. Professional, Polite. Excellent Service. The dealership quoted me a price for a tune up that was 10x more expensive without having even looked at my car. I am now a lifelong customer of Joe's Garage, and won't be going back to the dealership. Thank you staff at Joe's garage!

Darin was really helpful in resolving the problem. I do have one question. Darin said they did not replace the water pump yet there was a charge for one. Did it get replaced or was it just added to the bill?

Joe's Garage explained details twice to me and my husband in regards to what could happen next with my 60,000 tune-up. They gave options, suggestions, and an analysis. What they don't do is strong arm you with items that must be taken care of in your vehicle or else! I am also satisfied with the fact that they did not try to sell me on something that could wait like the dealership that formerly wanted to replace my timing belt at 60,000 miles rather than the recommended 100,000 miles. Thank goodness for reputable car service like Joe's Garage. I will use Joe's again and will recommend Joe's Garage to friends. They are officially now, my go-see mechanics.
