This is the only mechanic in Eugene that I trust. A couple of times I've had issues with my car that turned out to be a quick fix, and was not charged a penny! They are fast and knowledgeable and I recommend this place to all my friends.

We have been loyal Joe's customers for years now. Paying for car repair is always painful, but we find Joe's to be straightforward about what they are doing and why, and honest in their interactions with us (to say nothing of being a pleasant crowd in general!). We don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who can't/doesn't want to do their own car repair.

Your staff is always great. Friendly and professional. The breaks are fine. My girlfriend had a Saturn newer model but her mechanic told her last August to get rid of the car because the were not making parts anymore and she was having the same problems with whatever the problem is with the clunking noise. It seems it is a typical problem with the Saturn. I feel really bad, I paid $3000.00 for a car that's lasted for about a year. Of course with my medical bills and taking care of the house I just can't afford a car anymore. Darrin if you would keep an eye out for a good economical car that is dependent for us I would appreciate it. We need to depend on you. A car that is needing an engine replaced when it is a few years old sounds like it hasn't been taken care of. It may not be a good bet. It will have to be Nichole's car . She will have to drive to Coburg daily, her job is moving. Please help us. Thank you, Judy
