I was driving our 2004 F-150 truck west on Beltline, when the engine gave up the ghost. Literally. I pulled off onto River Rd, called Joe’s and Darin and Spencer gave me info about the camshaft imploding and failing in cylinders. That’s when they had me look into the oil refill to see the camshaft at an angle. Definitely something I hadn’t seen before. Darin and the crew helped find a solution. At this point, we were concerned that repairs would do any food given the nearly 200,000 miles on the truck. We discussed the positives and negatives, listened to their advice and decided to buy a new engine, which Joe’s sourced from Ford. They also got us an amazing warranty on the engine, also from Ford. These are the good folks we trust with all of our cars. It’s not always about the money with ZJoe’z. In fact, I’d venture to say it’s almost never about the money. They tell it like it is, do their work professionally and efficiently and get us up and running quickly. We’ve been going to Joe’s for nearly 35 years and have no plans to change. The front desk crew has always been welcoming and friendly. I don’t know how they keep doing it so well but that’s what they do. Thanks everyone.

I came for an oil change and was impressed by the thorough inspection. I thought the price was fair right down to the small service charge for replacing my cabin filter which is a pain to do myself. I was given a heads up on a future item of maintenance that I can now budget for in the future.

I have used Joe's Garage for multiple repairs of various vehicles. Sometimes the news isn't all that good, but the techs there are very thorough and concise about the solution to whatever problems/complications that have arisen. Darin and Spence run an outstanding business, starting from the front desk, to the technicians working the bays. Flynn is a very special mechanic who knows hot rods, and one of the rare ones who likes to share his knowledge with others. This shop stands head and shoulders above any other shop I've been to. Whether it's a project or problem, they are in equal amounts enthusiast or concerned as I have been. No smoke is blown here. They are a great shop with fair prices, period. I am not a relative, and wasn't paid for this glowing review, lol. I was referred to this shop a couple years ago. Breakdowns are no fun, can cause a great deal of anxiety, and typically not cheap. Who wants to deal with trust issues on top of it? No one's perfect and sh*t happens, but Integrity is priceless. 5 Stars Lon Wilson
