No pressure in doing things that were too expensive for me and actually told me there were few things that could wait. Excellent customer service! This was my first time there, and I'm very happy to have Joe's Garage as my vehicle service provider.

We have taken our vehicles to Joe’s Garage for many years. They are the best! The front desk crew and mechanics are very professional and have super high standards for customer service. They get you in quickly and have timely turnaround. They want you to leave happy, and go the extra mile to make sure that happens. Usually everything is fixed perfectly in one visit, the one time we had a complex problem that took several tries they kept at it and were considerate and extremely fair with the billing. We will never go anywhere else. Thanks everyone!

Very professional and helpful.

I have used Joe's garage for about 15 years. They helped my Honda Odessey make it to 400,000 miles and 20 years of no car payment. Now my newer car is getting the same, reasonably priced treatment. The best thing about Joe's is they go out of their way to make customer service great. They help with rides etc. I think as long as they stay in business they will have mine.
