We have taken our vehicles to Joe’s Garage for many years. They are the best! The front desk crew and mechanics are very professional and have super high standards for customer service. They get you in quickly and have timely turnaround. They want you to leave happy, and go the extra mile to make sure that happens. Usually everything is fixed perfectly in one visit, the one time we had a complex problem that took several tries they kept at it and were considerate and extremely fair with the billing. I have used Joe's garage for about 15 years. They helped my Honda Odessey make it to 400,000 miles and 20 years of no car payment. Now my newer car is getting the same, reasonably priced treatment. The best thing about Joe's is they go out of their way to make customer service great. They help with rides etc. I think as long as they stay in business they will have mine.

Really great customer service despite being very busy (thanks, Evan!). They fit me in given a break emergency and got my repairs on my Ford Escape done quickly. Let me know what needed to be done after a full insprection but with no pressure or urgency. Prices for car repairs are always hard to swallow but Joe's is very reasonable and will find ways to save you labor costs!

My wife and I used Joe’s when my Tundra needed the AC replaced. The experience was very top notch by anyone’s standards. The communication throughout the process was quick and professional. They offered all of the details needed to make good decisions about what needed done and the costs involved. The work was done and everything works as it should.
