The expected: they fixed the problem with my car. The good: they got me in ahead of schedule. The bad: I had to drive off in my car only to come back to be like 'hey, you wanna actually do a professional job filling my brake lines?' Why do I have to come back and wait around for your tech(s) to get air bubbles out of my brake line? It's standard freaking practice after draining brake fluid. Sure maybe the bubble would've floated up after sitting in my driveway overnight, but it wasn't even safe to leave the parking lot with how soft and unresponsive those brakes were. Oh also, in addition to waiting for them to finish the job they told me was already done, they never even did the whole job I requested. Asking for a full inspection of the vehicle only to be told 'whoops, we forgot! Maybe we'll do it when you come back next time! ' yeah, right, no next time for me here.

I had a wheel alignment done on my boyfriends Mercedes-Benz, an Joes garage employees did an outstanding job. 5 stars no doubt. They gave me detailed pictures of before & after alignment, the specs & all. Plus a bunch of detailed images of the inside and out of the whole car. Honestly have never experienced such a phenomenal place. Thank you all again very much. Plus only $95 for basic alignment.

I believe I have been coming to Joes Garage now for over 20 years. I am single and whenever I need any advice or repair concerning my car, I know I can depend on them. Recently my car was hit. Because of my association with Joes Garage, I knew where to go and what to do. My car is in good hands.

Got my car back super quick! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Photos and inspection notes are amazing.

They were awesome!! Spent two hours diagnosing the noise my car was making. Although they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, they did not charge me for their time. They took a lot of clear pictures of little things that may need attention in the future. My daughter and I both take our cars to Joe’s and feel they are honest and very thorough!!!
