I am new to Eugene and had a terrible experience at a nearby dealership. Robert at Joe’s Garage was fantastic on the phone and the service at the shop was above my expectations.

I went to Joe's garage to get my front differential changed. In the process, they found a bent axel. They fixed it and made my car run better than before I bought it. Joe's garage is affordable and has good mechanics.

Such great service and very detailed diagnostic before working on my vehicle. Went about and beyond days later when I had a headlight issue, they helped me out (free of charge)and were so funny and nice! Thank you Joe's Garage!!! Definitely my new local shop!
