The Bad News: I towed my KIA to Joe's. He called and told me my engine was dead. The Good News: He did a little research and told me that the engine was recalled. Long story short, I got a new engine and Joe didn't charge me a penny!

Joe’s Garage is the most professional service I have ever had. I moved back to Eugene in July and went to Yelp to check out Cadillac service centers. Joe’s stuck out to me because of all the positive comments left by its customers. Darin helped me this time with my oil change. Through the diagnostics it helped to let me know what they did as well as the timing for future work of the spark plugs. They follow up with texts to make sure the car is running smoothly. I appreciated all their help!

My subaru was overheating and I had already replaced the radiator prior. I called around, knowing I would need to get my vehicle up and running in three weeks time. The folks at Joe's said they could get me in to check what was wrong on two days time. I brought in my car for a oil change a to get the overheating problem diagnosed. They- -Diagnosed and fixed the problem same day(thermostat) -sent me a full diagnosis complete with pictures, identifying multiple troubled areas and concerns -called and texted during every step -checked and fixed the problem causing a grinding noise due to a bolt missing on the break caliper FREE of charge -gave me clear, simple, and honest explanations about it all, and the concerning areas on my car. They clearly care about the customer and thier safety, they take the time to break it down simply, and aren't trying to fix a bunch of unnecessary things just to get your money. Good people I will continue to rely on.

Although the motor on my old beater truck turned out to be toast, the folks at Joe’s helped me find a 3rd party to pay me for my truck and haul it off for scrap.
