Whenever we schedule an appointment, the team at Joe's Garage are always attentive to each list of concerns I may have for our vehicles. They diagnose and communicate with excellence, they can schedule our appointments usually right away, and always have our vehicles read when promised.

I HAD WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A SMALL PROBLUM AND REALY WAS A BIG ONE, DARIN AND HIS CREW WERE GREAT, THE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP, AND EXPLAINED EVEYTHING THAT THEY WERE DOING. I WILL NOT ONLY TAKE ALL MY CAR'S TO THEM BUT WILL HIGHY RECOMEND THEM.

We broke down on our drive from California to Washington and got towed to Joe's about 8 at night, by some miracle an employee came back to the shop to grab some paperwork and helped us move our car into the locked lot and had us back on the road by 8:30 AM the following morning! LIFE SAVER! No upsale, replaced the alternator and battery, gave us options on parts, moved us to the top of the list so we could get to where we needed on time. Even gave us a ride to a motel down the street. The best service of any shop I've ever been to.
