Loved how it was broken down to explain what was okay, what needed attention in the future, and what needed immediate attention before my trip. Great service. Coming back!

After getting the run-around and terrible service from the local Dodge Dealer service shop I saw the great reviews for Joe's and figured we would give them a try. We were not disappointed! They offered to replace a cam shaft sensor for just $125 (the Dodge Dealer wanted $350 and this would be the third replacement done by them in 10 years, outrageous). There was no pressure to upsell and replace the head as well like from the Dodge Dealer (would be another $2,300). The repair was complete in just 1 1/2 hours on a Monday morning! They have a TON of staff working to achieve these sort of repair times. The staff was courteous and both the shop and staff had a clean and organized appearance despite all the activity on this busy Monday morning. We will definitely be back for any of our repair needs! The folks at Joe's Garage are always straight forward, honest and fair. It is rare to walk away from a car repair experience feeling as if you truly are valued by the business. Awesome service! Limped in without advanced notice at 1:30P Friday with leaking power steering pump. Had 2P appointment so Stephanie gave me a ride to my office. At 4:30 Darin calls to tell me my car is ready. WOW!
