I could seriously give you 10 stars! I was on my way out of town headed on a 500 mile trip to dispose of my brother's ashes in Eastern Oregon on a big family/friend trip when I heard a strange noise under the hood. Kevin @ Kendall Chevrolet said it "might" be the "idle bearings" going out. He could get me in the next day...after noon. I was leaving the next morning with my family from Hillsboro at 4 a.m. I called my son-in-law, Chanlin McCabe, who called you folks and explained what "might" be wrong. By the time I got across the river one of your servicemen met me in your driveway and offered to take my truck (pulling a trailer with an ATV) into the bay. I went into the office where I was immediately addressed by my first name and invited to come on up and sign my truck in and help myself to a cup of coffee. I was informed shortly thereafter what the problem was and how long it would take to fix it and what it would cost. I was all fixed up and on the road in 1 1/2 hours.
