I've brought my vehicles to Joe's Garage since I moved to Lane County in 1994 and have referred all my friends and family to Joe's as well. After this many years dealing with this business I have complete trust in what they tell me is necessary for my vehicle repair. Once I brought a car in because it was running rough and was told it only needed new tires -- and there was no charge for their time with my car to determine that was all it needed. Another time I brought in my car because I thought based on time I needed to schedule a tuneup -- but after checking it out, Darren told me that it didn't need it and to save my money! Any shop with less integrity would have replaced plugs that didn't need replacing and probably "discovered" a problem needing fixing just to run up a bill! Because of the times I wasn't charged for unnecessary work, I trust them when they tell me something DOES need doing -- and pay their very reasonable charges for the work. I highly recommend Joe's become everyone's go-to repair shop!

Very pleased with the service here. Friendly staff were knowledgeable, and even took the time to discuss common problems for my type of car with me, showing me some preventative maintenance tricks. Seems reasonably priced, too.

I had my left rear brake light changed, and I noticed when getting in the trunk afterwards that the trunk liner was not put back together very well and one of the pins to hold the liner in place was left loose in the trunk of the car. It was not put back into place. This is the first time I have ever received anything other than stellar service. I am sure it was just an oversight, but thought someone should know.

Joe's Garage gives excellent and comprehensive service. They were fast and thorough and explained everything to me clearly providing me with alternatives to save money and solve the problem my van was having. It is running great now and they will be my go to garage the next time I need something done on my vehicle. I would recommend them highly. My van needed a couple of things done and they were happy to pick me up at home and drive me home while my van was in the shop.

I've never had too much of a positive outlook taking my car anywhere to get work done or checked up on comma but the more I bring it to Jose the more confident and comfortable I feel period I'd highly recommend them it's a great team.
