Took my car in for a complete check up. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional. They completed the work earlier then I expected and under the price I expected. Once again, Joe' s hit one out of the park!!

I consistently get quick, accurate service with a minimal charge from Joe's. I've seen them for major issues and simple tune-ups. Whenever my car is sick, I know I don't have to even think about where to take it, because I'm heading to Joe's.

Seriously love this place. I've been going here for almost 2 years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They know my car as soon as I walk in, and will offer rides home and back if my appointment takes awhile. All the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

The fuel line shook loose after I picked up the truck and I ended up with a very bad leak. I got it back to the garage in time for Darren (?) to take a look. He arranged for someone to take me home. It was fixed immediately and the truck was delivered the next morning with a $20 bill to replace the lost fuel. He was extremely apologetic. He said he called the technician right away and the technician came back that night and repaired it. It was ready to go first thing in the morning when they returned it. Everyone was very responsive to the situation. I will be back.

I've brought my vehicles to Joe's Garage since I moved to Lane County in 1994 and have referred all my friends and family to Joe's as well. After this many years dealing with this business I have complete trust in what they tell me is necessary for my vehicle repair. Once I brought a car in because it was running rough and was told it only needed new tires -- and there was no charge for their time with my car to determine that was all it needed. Another time I brought in my car because I thought based on time I needed to schedule a tuneup -- but after checking it out, Darren told me that it didn't need it and to save my money! Any shop with less integrity would have replaced plugs that didn't need replacing and probably "discovered" a problem needing fixing just to run up a bill! Because of the times I wasn't charged for unnecessary work, I trust them when they tell me something DOES need doing -- and pay their very reasonable charges for the work. I highly recommend Joe's become everyone's go-to repair shop!
