Still can't believe I did that....went to see how bad the walkway-divider looked the other day. There were hardly any scratches on it! So glad!

I am so happy that Joe's was recommended to me by a friend. This was my second visit, went to get another estimate on work Les Schawb had originally quoted. Thank goodness I did, Joe's was 30% less, they took me to work, picked me up,and my car is running better than ever. Will always return to Joe's. I highly recommend Joe's.

I took my car in to have what turned out to be a suspension issue fixed. The staff was knowledgeable and had a can-do attitude towards repair, though it involved servicing of aftermarket parts. The diagnosis itself was free of charge because I was required to supply my own aftermarket replacement part, which I very much appreciate even when they took time out of their day to find out what the issue was. The actual repair itself went smoothly and promptly despite their busy schedule that day. All issues were resolved just the way they promised and special adjustments of my aftermarket suspension was done before the car was returned to me. With tire rotation and wheel alignment done as well, the overall bill was very reasonable. I hope nothing will go wrong with my car for a while but I will surely be returning next time I need their help!

Great computer system

We really appreciate the time staff took to explain the problem, how it had happened, and what they were going to do to prevent the problem happening again. All staff we interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful.
