I brought my 2003 VW Eurovan to Joe's Garage for a pre-purchase inspection and oil change on June 9. I hadn't been to Joe's before, but their inspection price was very reasonable, so I gave them the opportunity to look at my car. Service was prompt and thorough and I was very pleased with their work. Mike spent a lot of time explaining a few things about my car and replaced the battery in my key fob. He also told me about two quick and inexpensive fixed that I could do on my car that would save me a lot of money. I will definitely return to Joe's Garage for future service on my vehicle.

I dropped in unannounced with no appointment with a problem of vibration in the front end. I asked Evan if they could take a look for a diagnosis and make an appointment for repair. I waited a while and shortly Darin showed up and told me they were fixing it - a bolt was missing and they were replacing it. Soon I was on my way, and there was no charge.

Joe's Garage always does a great job with my cars. Not only do they fix then for a reasonable rate, they also give me a good understanding of what went wrong and the best and or most economic way to proceed.

I was told by a big Ford dealership in town that I needed new front brakes on my 2008 Ford Escape. I took it into Joe's and they never replaced the brakes as they were in great shape. What do you think? What I think is, I was in a potential up-sell situation for something I did not need until Joe's garage stepped in. I know I can ALWAYS trust Joe's Garage. I have always known that Darren and his crew have my back.

I had heard great reviews from my inlays that live here in Eugene. I was visiting and about to take a long road trip home. They looked over my car and gave me good advice from what they found. I already knew a few things that would come up. Very upfront and easy. I wish I lived close by so I could have them as my mechanics!
