Their service was very quick and personalized. I've used many garages in Eugene since I've owned a car and this has been my favorite so far. I will definitely go back!

My alternator went on the freeway just outside Albany late on a Saturday evening. I had my car towed 58 miles to Joe’s garage that night. I got a call from the shop first thing Monday morning inquiring about my car. They were able to get it in that day and by the afternoon my car was fixed and ready to go! Service was quick, prompt, and as always, professional. My only complaint is that the service was rather spendy for an alternator (I’m a graduate student so money is tight), but I have a Volvo, and I’ve come to find that parts are simply more costly with these. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I trust Joe’s, and will continue take my car there!
