Again, the guys at Joe's helped me dodge a bullet. They've twice done pre-purchase inspections and recommended that I not purchase either vehicle. Each inspection included photos of leakage and potential problem areas as well as a detailed report. Thanks to them, I now have a certified Toyota Sienna that I love. They are the best! The team at Joe's was awesome. At first I thought their prices were a little high, however after doing a little research I found them to be pretty close to their competition. I came in with a leak in my cooling system. They diagnosed it as a cracked radiator (which it was), however after doing the repair there was still a leak in the system. They took the car back and identified that there was a leaky water-pump after the repair. Now, I know that this can happen if a mistake was made, I also know that this could have happened if there was no mistake, just by fixing the issue and re-pressurizing the system. There was no question from the guys, Darrin and Larry replaced the water-pump at no charge and made sure there was no leaks in the system for the original quoted price. These guys are honest and stand behind their work, I will be doing most of my repairs here going forward.

They looked at my 2003 Malibu, and discovered that the underside of the body was so rusted that it was dangerous to drive. After informing me that they could not and would not do anything to the car, they didn't charge me anything and spent awhile talking to me about how dangerous it would be to continue driving the car, and they want to make sure I am safe. I took their advice and sent it to the junk yard, and found a nicer car that I will be taking to them soon to have it inspected. Everyone there is laid back and funny, but also care deeply about their customers and the job they do. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
