Your service person discovered cause of "service engine" light coming on, which did not need a repair. I then asked for an oil change even though it was not quite time, and they fit the service into their schedule within a couple of hours. A nice report was prepared and emailed to me flagging things would likely merit attention on the next service. No attempt to sell a service or replace a part not yet needed. (I first started having Joe's Garage repair my cars in 1961. Now living in Portland, I try to schedule service on my trips to Eugene.)

I had an oil and filter service plus had both and front and rear brakes checked and found the rear were too tight and were adjusted accordingly.

not only did you do the work i asked in a timely and professional manner.. you called me prior to doing the work to inform me that the parts I asked to be replaced checked out as functional. ..i very much appreciated that but, i knew the parts i was replacing were functioning intermittently. ..an honest mechanic is one who keeps my business for the long-term. ..and i only had to bring it to them once to get it done right. ..getting it done right the first time is very important to me. my time is valuable. ..i appreciate the professionalism i received at Joe's Garage. ..ill be back when necessary. .i hope I don't see you soon.. but, when i do.. itll be a pleasure doing business with you again. ~Craig Peterson

Best experience with a shop I've had. I called and asked them to do an oil change and filter changes and tire rotation and they got me in within a day and I was out the door for 60 bucks. Ill be going to joes garage from now on.

I was very impressed with the workmanship on my Van. I had upper and lower ball joints replaced. The front end is tight and handles so much better. They did the work in a timely manner and stuck to the quote I was given. I am completely satisfied and will return for future work.
