Was a five star service center. I recently had several bad experiences with multiple cars. I hate giving Joe's 2 stars but something has changed in the last year or so. I had to send my vehicle to a different place to get the breaks fixed correctly. I gave Joe's two chances to fix but they were unable to fix. My other vehicle had a rattle after it was worked on. Took it in twice but Joe's couldn't find it. I'm sorry to say that they are no longer our mechanic of choice. Owner is really nice but employees are not performing to expectations.

Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Kathy even made extra phone calls to see if she could get me a better deal on the product I needed. The service was quick, and I will be back again for sure.
