Almost never have to make an appointment, despite how busy they always are - they normally get me in the same day I call or come in. They don't try to pull one on me because I am a woman - they give me the clear and straight forward info on what needs to be done when and what can wait.

Joes garage did a full check up for us. They lifted the car up and spent a good deal of time checking everything out, and in the end they recommended that nothing be done quite yet and didn't charge us a dime. They truly do look out for the best interest of the customer unlike most mechanics you run across. I highly recommend Joes, and will be telling everyone.

No major work was performed, but you were clear and consise on what was happening w/my car, as well as what was urgent and what wasn't. Time was great too.
