Once again the folks at Joe's garage come to our rescue. One of these days I truly hope to be more proactive with our vehicle repairs but walking out to a dead battery was a surprise. Thank you for showing up, not long after my call, jumping the battery and taking the truck with you for a new battery and service check. You folks are the best.

Darin and mechanics diagnosed and completed work on our Grand Marquis within an hour! So very grateful, as family emergency necessitated availability of our only car. Issue was addressed quickly, but know that had it been more complicated, we would have still received immediate service. We respect and appreciate everyone at Joe's Garage! Thank you

The do a great job of communicating with the customer. They always provide recommendations for service before doing any actions or adding any charges to the bill. They also provide excellent recommendations on what should be fixed right away by explaining the extent of the damage or if there is a major safety concern, while also admitting when maintenance could be deferred a little longer. Service is also very fast, and they give a good estimate for how long it will take.
