We brought our van in with the hope that we could drop off one of the middle seats that had a mechanism failure preventing the seat back from returning to the upright position. Thinking we'd have to leave it for a few days and pay for the work --- they had it out and fixed in just a few minutes! At no charge! These folks are great!
