Quality repairs

I needed to drive to Portland for my child's medical treatment at Shriner's Hospital, but my car was not accelerating properly. I put some STP treatment in the gas tank in case it was a bad load of gas. Still, I needed the car checked out because I didn't want to break down on the road. Joe's Garage was so kind to squeeze me in immediately, and they had many vehicles up on lifts and in the parking lot. Within a half hour, they were able to tell me it was nothing serious whatsoever -- a car mat had jammed up under the gas pedal (which, I admit, I never thought of looking at the floor!) preventing it from accelerating. There was no charge. I bought new windshield wipers, and those were less expensive than at the local auto parts store. They installed them for no labor charge. Joe's Garage was professional, friendly, they did a diagnostic (which, for obvious reasons, showed no issues), took me on a test drive, installed the new wipers, and thanked me for coming in and trusting them. There was no charge for the diagnostic test, nor did they try to up-sell me on anything else. They are my new, permanent garage. They do it all and take pride in doing it right.

I will continue taking my car to Joe's Garage for repairs and maintenance. They came highly recommended and I can see why. I don't feel like they take advantage of people. They were all very friendly.

As ALWAYS the staff at Joe's received us promptly and courteously, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave us a fair price. We wouldn't take our car anywhere else!

Very honest about my pre purchase inspection. They seemed to very knowledgeable and were very helpful. They report everything they do to car fax which I really like so that there is a legitimate way to track everything they have done. I only give 4 stars because on my 04' Titan they missed a boot that is torn on my steering arm. I ended up negotiating with the dealer and they were willing to repair all of my requests. Had Joe's Garage caught this and put it on their report i could have had it fixed at the dealers cost instead of mine. I will still be bringing my vehicle to them for any future mechanic work because I still believe they are trust worthy and will take care of any repairs properly

Such great service!! I came in with a leak in my wheel well. Despite not initially finding a problem they didn't let that stop them and continued to work hard to find the problem. Happy to say they did find and fix that problem. They were all super friendly and very organized. I really appreciated the notes they wrote on the copy of my invoice that detailed what they did. I would highly recommend! Only problem is I wished they had made more of an effort to call and communicate with me, I felt I called them more requesting updates instead of them calling me. Nevertheless they were happy to answer my call and answer any questions I had, despite how busy they were.
