About 20 years ago I asked my dad if he knew a shop I could trust to take my car for a repair. I was a young single mother and didn't want to be taken advantage of. He recommended Joe's, as he had been using them for years himself whenever he needed anything. From the first visit to my most recent, I have always felt like I got great service at Joe's! They have always pinpointed the problem, fixed it quickly and never gone over on a quote. I trust them, and appreciate their friendly atmosphere. Now my girls are grown and I have recommended they to take their cars to Joe's!

My appointment was for a trip check. Although it was a particularly busy day, my car was taken at the appointed time. I marvel at how efficiently your shop is run. Although it goes without saying, I'll say it anyways. I have total trust that when the car needs work, the charges will be fair and the work done properly.

As always, the folks at Joe's took our work vehicle in without noticed and were able to return it to us in a timely manner making all necessary repairs. Their reliability and efficiency keeps us mobile.

When I called with my A/C problem at 11:30 on a Thursday before the 7/4 holiday I was told to come in soonest. By 12 noon I was at the shop. My vehicle was parked in a bay and preliminary investigation had begun. There were some minor kerfuffles before I left that day (a new high pressure line had to be fabricated by a local job shop), but just before 4 PM I took the keys back and left the shop; my A/C repaired and working. Everyone there is polite, friendly and good at their trade. Good Job Joe's!

This is the second time that I have used Joe's Garage for work on my Jeep.Both times they went above and beyond to assure that my Jeep was safe for me to drive. The opportunity was there for them to do unnecessary work and charge me an arm and a leg. They did not do that, they did it right and I am a happy customer. I know honesty and integrity when I see it and they have it and all of my future business.

My delivery van had a broken AC. I called Joe’s Garage on a Monday afternoon he set me up for appointment the next morning. They had the AC fixed and back to me by noon so I was able to get the van back on the road that same day. And the AC works great now.
