When we called to see if the car was ready (an hour after the scheduled time), the tech asked if we wanted the tires rotated. Then told us it would be 1/2 hour longer. When we showed up to pick the car up (3 1/2 hours after appointment time, the maintenance required light was still on and we had to wait a few more minutes for the tech to turn it off. I had great service the first time I took my car for an oil change, but not so much this time.

We trust all our fleet vehicles to Joe's Garage as their service, expertise, and timeliness keeps our vehicles on the road as we need them to be.

Out of town customer. Duane looked at the Jeep immediately and diagnosed the problem. Did not charge for the diagnosis. Recommended an inexpensive solution for the problem. Purchased a new gas cap and diagnostic tool from a parts store in Eugene. Stopped my wife from being upset with the vehicle and me. Have continued with our vacation and my wife is again happy. Happy wife happy life. The virtuous service made me proud to be an American in these tough times.

You folks did a nice job, did what I wanted and it seems to be working much better. I would have given you 5 stars had you called me with an update the day I brought it in. I had to call you the next day to find out the status. That's a picky thing, but 5 stars means you're perfect. I will be happy to bring my 1962, not '67, Rambler back for the important stuff, the quality mechanical work.
