I'm new to town, and I chose Joe's Garage because of all the wonderful Yelp reviews; I was not disappointed. My car had several things, including brakes, which needed to repaired and/or replaced. They did a great job, and even sent me an email, with photos (!) of each repair. In addition, the whole staff was genuinely nice.

Professional service, customer care and experienced mechanics. I'm totally satisfied.

I have used Joe's for repairs and general car care since 1959 or 1960, under three different owners, and for a series of different cars. I simply think they are tops. When originally recommended to me (by a filling station owner) it was with the comment that "they aren't a cut rate place but I can tell you they are absolutely honest and all charges are totally fair!" I have certainly found that to be the case!

Excellent work but unfortunately the crew had trouble understanding the nature of the problem at first. Apparently, the car had been driven by the crew for a short while and when the problem was not evident, it was assumed that there was no issue. However, when the car was returned to the customer the noise became evident at which point the vehicle was finally properly inspected, revealing that the right axle shaft needed replacement.
