Honest about what was needed and what could wait. Took my coupon without making me print it off. Gave me a ride home. Deliver ed my vehicle to my home when finished. Fair price. Friendly service. And best of all they fixed the problem!

Prompt service at a very reasonable price. Check several other things I flagged to check at no charge. Follow-up documentation with pictures via email was a nice surprise. The ethical standard for service set by Joe James is still there. He began servicing my cars in the shop across the street back in 1961, and I've kept coming back when I can, even as I now live in Portland.

I was very happy with the service! I will certainly bring my Mini in for service in the future, finding you will save me many trips to Portland. One thing was obvious, all the employs were happy and seemed to really enjoy working at Joe's Garage. I enjoyed listening to the conversations while waiting for my tires to be aligned.

You guys are always the best. I appreciate the great communication and your integrity. Another shop told me I needed work done. You guys took a look and said that no, I didn't.
