Each member of Joe's Garage team was not only knowledgeable and patient, but cheerful in explaining what repairs were needed, in what time frame, and why specific repairs were necessary. I was first referred to Joe's Garage by a neighbor who told me, "We've been going to Joe's Garage for years and you can always walk out of there with your head held high." You all know your garage is the only place I will ever take my Bru, but I would like to speak with Daren when talking about what needs to be done. No offense to the new lady but I felt like I was being up sold instead of given the proper info on what really needed to be done with my car.

The only thing I would have like is a better estimates of the cost of the service. Though it was probably more on me for not asking directly.

The service at Joe's is excellent, and the work, top notch. I will return.
