My car having brake troubles & needed an oil change. There was no charge because brake part was still under warranty & oil change was not needed as I read numbers wrong. No charge to me at all. They could have told me a story, and charged me. Instead Evan & team told me the truth.

I've been a customer of Joe's garage for 20 years and as always, just received the best service one could ask for from an auto repair company. Darrin is always so honest and ethical in his business dealings, and knows his stuff! The office and service team go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Even though they are always super busy, they take quality time with each person. I have no problems getting an appointment of getting my questions answered. As my kids have gotten older, I have recommended they come there with their own vehicles as well. If I send my kids to someone, you know I trust them! That kind of security in any auto sales or repair business is rare.

Darrin was a born people person, very professional taking the time to talk and explain. Work was done in the time frame given and done well, probably freaked out the mechanic peeking through the window, but I like to check things out.
