I was able to get my truck in to be checked on short notice, but it was still done quickly. Unfortunately the diagnosis was that the engine will need to be replaced, but at the least the information was honest and timely. A couple days later I brought in another truck I was considering purchasing as a replacement and found that the dealer had used undercoating to hide a serious rust problem. Both of these services were done free of charge. I am very pleased with the service I received.
