When the issue with my car was not fully addressed, Darin made it a priority to get it right and demonstrated concern for me as a customer

Joe's Garage took my car in on Thursday and called me to come pick it up the following Wednesday or Thursday. They checked my clutch, my sensors, and my battery, all of which have been having issues for the past year. They replaced a clutch wire that was leaking, filled my clutch fluid and oil, performed multiple tests on my sensors and battery, and only charged me about $200. They frequently called me for updates and were very polite/professional.

These guys are amazing! They produced the most complete report on a car we were considering buyer I've ever seen. Because of what they found we discovered over $2,000 in issues we would not have know about. We passed on the car and owe Joe's a huge THANK YOU for keeping us from making a really bad purchase.

I was very impressed with Joe's Garage for getting us in so quickly. They worked to figure out what the problem was with our car and then tested it to make sure it was running well. I felt that they assessed the problem well and ended up saving me money in the long run! Whenever I called to check in about my car I always talked to the same person and she always knew what was going on!

First of all, much thanks to Evan, and congratulations of his soon to arrive babe. I was impressed by how he took the time the explain the results of an inspection to help me decide whether I should buy a car . . . or not,during a very busy time. He also helped me find my car, because of i knew not of your use of the brewery parking lot across the street. As for the inspection itself, your technician did a great job, complete with pics. He and Evan told me that all older Malibus leak a bit from the head gasket, so no big deal. One thing that was missed, or not explained to me thoroughly, or perhaps the assumption was made I understood, was the fact that the hood had been sprung, and did not quite line up, and that the left headlight was lose and moving around, making it hard to focus the beams. But, now that I know, i can take care of that, probably easily. This is the 3rd car, Joe's technicians have checked out. They saved me from 2 mistakes, and I think the third try is a keeper. We shall see. Thanks to everybody. You are all in a stressful situation, as shown by how busy it was yesterday(Wednesday) and I heard nary a raised voice or a curse word. The whole scene was very calm and professional. The electronic records are great. I can just put them in my computer Malibu file.
