I feel you always can be trusted on doing a good job. I was just not happy about sitting in your cold office for an hour before you could let me know if there were any additional services that needed to be done and what the cost might be. It seems to me you could have called me with that info and I could have responded and given the okay via phone to proceed. Otherwise, no complaints about service. I will be back.

I took my Acura in for a clunk in the front end, first repair did not fix so i took back and second repair fixed. Wish they would have called me before I picked it up the first time as they knew it was not fixed i would have left the car there. Daren made adjustments to the bill and we all ended up happy. would recommend Joe's for all work

These guys replaced the cam in my 2010 Dodge Charger. My experience was excellent. I had just had a bad encounter with Prairie Road Automotive where I was charged $250 just to have them tell me that it would cost an additional $300 to 'try' to identify the problem--at which point I politely declined--and was leery of taking my car anywhere else. Joes Garage dispelled my fears by ensuring that their mechanics were very experienced and that hte work was warrantied. They worked quickly and completed the work quicker than I had expected. What I appreciated the most was how well they communicated with me the whole way. These guys are a class act. <3
