Like you, we are monitoring the latest news and guidance from the CDC about COVID-19 (coronavirus). Joe’s Garage is still OPEN and continuing to service your vehicles. Our customers have shared with us that they are relying more now than before on their personal vehicles as their primary means of transportation. We are doing all that we can to keep our Technicians and Service Advisors healthy, while continuing to provide a clean, safe environment to serve you.

As part of our commitment to keeping our customers safe we have implemented new polices and services. Upon vehicle arrival we are disinfecting:
• Keys

• Door Handles 

• Steering Wheels & Install Steering Wheel Protector

• Gear Shifts

• A/C & Radio Controls

• Hood Release
• Emergency Brake Handle
• Seat belts

We have increased the frequency that we clean our office and high-touch surfaces around the shop. You now have the option to have your car maintained and repaired without needing to enter our shop.  

We are offering Complimentary Pickup and Delivery of your vehicle*. When requesting this service we will do our best to ensure that you are away from your vehicle for the least amount of time as possible.

All communication regarding the status of your vehicle can be completed over the phone and via email. We will send you a copy of your Vehicle Inspection including pictures and recommendations to you via text or email. We are accepting credit card payments over the phone.
